How Free and Pro work, what you pay, and what happens when you cancel or a payment fails.

Free: up to 5 successful jobs per rolling 24 hours, up to 5 MB per file, up to 5 pages per job, and all core tools. Premium and advanced tools require Pro.
Pro: unlimited successful jobs per day, up to 100 MB per file, up to 1,000 pages per job, and access to premium tools as we offer them. Limits are enforced per signed-in user (guest usage counts toward the same caps when you sign in).
You can cancel future renewals through Razorpay (use the links in their emails or your payment method management, when available) or contact us for help. Canceling does not refund the current period you already paid for: you keep Pro for the time already billed unless Razorpay or your bank rules say otherwise.
If a renewal fails, Razorpay and your bank may retry. If your subscription is stopped or marked failed, you may lose Pro access until you fix payment and resubscribe. We sync status from Razorpay; always keep your contact email up to date.
We do not offer automatic refunds for "change of mind" after Pro is active. We may issue a refund for a recent charge if there was a clear billing or activation error—contact us via the link below with your account email and any Razorpay order or receipt details. This is in addition to your rights under applicable law.
